Is there a demand for VAs who know how to generate traffic and can guarantee it?

If so, how big is the demand? Also what parameters would people have for such a service. I know there are SEO VAs but you can score the same service of micro outsourcing type sites. My question involves direct traffic not 'maybe' traffic (ie., maybe you'll get traffic from SEO, maybe not ).

Should pricing be based on conversion or just raw traffic volume from the US/developed markets? If conversion, why don't you just recruit affiliates?

There is nothing guaranteed. U are expecting lot.

U may find VA with high quality. who will perform better but no one can give u guarantee. If anyone do, he do it just to manage u.

Can you explain this part of your response?

This is a forum of professionals. It is for discussion and not texting. Please use proper spelling of words instead of texting shortcuts. It makes you look unprofessional and your posts are hard to read and understand.

      Thank you,

Traffic is one thing. Targeted traffic that converts is another thing.

If it is just traffic: who cares?

So, if you can deliver targeted traffic that converts: there is demand.

If you know the trick to constantly generating traffic that converts, why would you ever want to give it away?

Why are you demoting yourself to a position of VA. It seems like you're higher tier than just doing data entry and whatnot. You're not an assistant, you're marketing support or whatever.

    Stop selling yourself short.

In the forex-trading world, if someone had a "reliably profitable system" (of the type so many hundreds of people advertise), they wouldn't need (or want) to sell it: they'd trade it themselves and build up their capital. If it really worked as they tend to claim.

In this context, if a potential VA really can consistently deliver profitably-converting traffic for you, then you have to ask yourself (and/or them) why they'd be continuing to work as a VA rather than delivering it to themselves and running their own business. I don't suggest that it's necessarily a question without any satisfactory and reasonable answers, but it's surely a question that arises and merits consideration/discussion.

One naturally wants to avoid dealing with the metaphorical "SEO consultant" whose own website, "strangely", is nowhere to be found in the rankings! ("He must be an expert: after all, he told me so himself and you can't hear it from a more authoritative source than that, can you?").
