Physical Product on ClickBank

I'm trying to figure out how to take in physical addresses for Clickbank physical product orders.

I could put in an intermediate page between the final order button and the checkout Clickbank page...

...any easier ways?

    I'm pretty sure you can't sell physical products through clickbank. Might actually be against their TOS
