Free online CRM and invoicing ??

Hi Guys,

can anybody help me over here?? I have been looking for free CRM and online invoicing website/system from last couple of days but had no luck. I have been managing all that info. by using excel spreadsheet. Its hard to keep track of everything when you managing manually.

Please let me know if you have any thing.

    We are coming up with a Free CRM shortly (www.kkecrm.com ). Though the invoicing feature is not there at this moment, but we have "Quotation Management" in the system.

    The CRM software is cloud based and gives you all the advantages of the cloud.

    Please let us know your requirements, so we take those as an input if we have left out on something.

    MAN, INCREDIBLE! One of my first projects was working with a COMPLETE accounting package. You could buy any self contained part, and later expand to other parts. For invoicing, for example, you would get COP. It has invoicing(WORTHLESS ON ITS OWN), ORDER ENTRY(WOIO), COMMISSIONS(WOIO), etc...

    LATER, I wrote the course and manual for a commissions package. IT BLEW MY MIND! Commissions? ON WHAT? HOW? It came with an integration package that people(often a consultant like me) would have to use to integrate the commission package with ordering and reporting.

    So how were YOU planning on tying the invoicing into your existing system? How do you have online ordering tied into excel?

      At this point of time we have Product / Service management. You can add prices for the products. Which is being used in the Quotations along with Local taxation, which the user needs to configure. Once The quote is complete, it is as good as an Invoice, only the name changes and the number needs to be generated.

    Few months ago i also was in the same condition , like working in excel spreadsheets and it's very difficult to maintain the data. I have many CRM earlier for my company but they failed at the time of data manipulation.But then i tried CRM from bpmonline and they done great work with data manipulation and maintaining their analysis report.

    What ever CRM you go with make sure you have a plan in case the company is dead next day and what you would do so have a backup plan (unless you are hosting the CRM)
