I suck at graphic design. Photoshop takes time to learn.

So....what amazing thing do I want?

Some kind of software with a simple point and click interface that creates optimal image sizes for website headers/banners, thumbnail pics, slider pics, facebook timeline covers, fb tabs, fb images for posts, twitter profile pic, twitter background, youtube one channel background, google+ etc etc....and after clicking from your selection of image sizes, then hopefully you would be presented with a template image that you could edit inside the software with different fonts, colours and styles etc....and maybe a higher-priced model could include inbuilt templates for specific niches

some softwares out there do a bit of this and a bit of that but I have yet to find one that covers all the important web image sizes (including social media) with its own editor

does it exist?if not, why not?

      Good thing you didn't. If you had read the rules, you would have known affiliate links haven't been allowed for years.

      While it was originally launched as a companion/lead generator for the xsite pro web editor, it's a fairly powerful and fairly simple image editor in its own right.

      You can specify the image size you want. Couple that with the cheat sheet Kurt shared, and you should be off to the races.
