How to do a domain transfer?

I have a Godaddy account and I wanted to know how to do a domain transfer either to another Godaddy account or possibly another domain registrar.

    As far as to another GoDaddy account, you just get the person's account number and email and push the domain to them by going into your domain manager, clicking the domain you want to push, hovering over the "more" icon, and selecting "Begin Account Change". The new owner will need to manually accept the transfer, which he can access in his domain manager, under the "Domains" menu and selecting "Pending Account Changes".
