Email Sending Service

Hey,

I'm looking for a service that will allow us to send out bulk email (max 10,000 a month).

We have a huge contact list (potentially 10,000+) but currently only send out emails on a very adhoc basis.

I understand Aweber charges per subscription so up until now we've used Pure 360 (sicne they charge us on a per email basis so it's cheaper than subscribers based models) however we've got an issue with the delivery of these emails.

Can anyone else recommend us a better email solution?

Thanks,

Sam

    Yes I do!

Please check out Sendy - Send Newsletters 100x cheaper via Amazon SES -it's a self hosted email app and sends email with amazon SES. AWS | Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) – Reliable Email-Sending Service

Sendy is just a one time $59 software and Amazon costs just 10 cents for sending per 1000 emails. They have 10,000 emails sending/day limit for regular users, so I hope it will work for you very well.

And for delivery, you can be sure with amazons reputation (but also stay checked to make sure you are safe listed)

Here is a free service that lets you test your email: Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com

I think he was looking for a service that charges for emails sent, which GetResponse does not do.

I am not sure if they allow to import subscribers.

They are good when you build your list from 1 and then get a lot of people to subscribe.

He would need to email Getreponse to see if he can import all these leads and how much it will cost him.

As long as the leads have opted in already we'd allow them to be imported into GetResponse as single-optin, but we will still check the list for list hygiene.

Unlimited emails up to 10,000 subscribers would be $65 per month with us.

Mailchimp is a top quality service and allows pay per email, you just have to buy a set amount of email credits for whenever you want to send a bulk email!

They have pricing plans which you can research.

Hope this helped to some degree!

Be aware that MailChip does not allow any affiliate marketing in their "acceptable use policy"

If you won't be emailing affiliate offers you're golden. If you will be emailing affiliate offers, back up your list on a daily basis, because when they delete your account your list will be gone for good.

        Good luck,

        Mick

Try smtp.com or sendgrid.com. They charge based on email sent. However, they are just SMTP services, which means you will need a software to manage your list.

It sounds like you need a self-hosted option. If you use a self-hosted a/r with an SMTP service like Mandrill or MailJet you will still pay "per email" but have much better delivery.

    Cheers,
    Coby

P.S. You will need some type of list management software like ARP Reach, Interspire, WP AutoMail, etc.
