Website Flipping - Mixing PLR with Unique Content
I would be grateful if some you experienced website buyers/flippers could share some of your knowledge.
Which in your opinion would be easier to sell?
A. Site with 16 unique articles
B. Site with 16 unique articles plus 11 PLR
I wondered if PLR articles count as a minus when selling a site, my view is that if they add value to the viewer then in theory they should be a bonus. I would though be grateful for some opinions from those warriors that are experienced in the field.
