Hey guyz,

just had one doubt:

iam thinking to promote Amazon, CJ, CPA etc...

I seen 2 different kinds of people, some people just create wordpress posts for promoting products and they also keep one tab as "Store" in menubar..

Some other people create a Store as website and then keep one tab as "Blog" for creating posts...

Iam confused which is better..

My query is:

A) Shall i Create my website something like blog and keep one tab as "Store"in menubar ?

or else

B) Create a store that contains all products and keep one tab as 'Blog' tab in Menubar?

Which works better and profitable.? (pls try to understand my query!)

The truth is, you will get mixed results. That's why some people use different formats. You have to take action build your own then test it and optimize it. And when I say optimize it, I am not talking about SEO. I am talking about optimizing it for conversions.

Test it out man, this is the only sure way that you are going to find out. You should be able to easily switch between the layouts if you build the site on good old wordpress...depends where your traffic is coming from I would guess.

Search engine traffic may respond better to a store style setup but if you were marketing the site's content as a blog through social media and blogging platforms then the traffic may respond better to a blog layout...native advertising rears its head again...

Sorry to say, but the above mentioned comments are right. There is no right or wrong way because people can / will have success with either method. It all comes down to what works best for you, and then you'll see success.

That's the truth right there. Successful sites have been made either way; the difference is which plays to your strengths. The only way to find out (if you do not already have a clear idea) is to test them both out.

You could check out sites that are similar to your niche and see which way they do it just to get some ideas.
          Either way can be successful,
depends on what your strong points are
          what your niche is
and how you like to set things up and roll.

I would go with B that sounds better because they are at the store straight away and if they more info they will go to your blog

I would go with option A because usually what draws people to websites is the content, the content will also keep them there..
I would have quality content and keep the store as a tab and every once in a while draw the reader to your store..
If you gain a loyal reader, you can convert that into a loyal buyer..

    Hope this helps..

    Cheers!

I think if you blog you will have better success. Google pretty much made coupon or store sites hard to rank with big brands. If you put out quality posts and try not to blog about the same thing more than once and have a solid site structure you should be ok. I would try not to sound like Im selling anything, Do it like your teaching.
