I know there are some plugins, but it will slow the web performance if install too much plugins.
is there a tool for sync wordpress posts to twitter and facebook?

You want to auto-post to FB and Twitter?

Use SNAP plugin. It auto-posts to not just those two but also every other major and many smaller social networks like G+, Pinterest, Tumblr, Stumbleupon, Linked In, Reddit, VK, Tagged etc.

  SNAP is heavy (not for all hosts) but it's definitely the best solution. I use it for my products. Instead of fear to overload site with plugins, think about good hosting provider.

Or you can get away with not using a plugin at all and use something like Twitter feed which is a free online tool that grabs your sites RSS feed and posts to FB and Twitter (and some others) automatically when you publish.

There's similar tools like Social Oomph.

  If not a wordpress plugin you may use a third-party scripts which use your blog RSS. feedsposter.com can make posts out from RSS to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ . And I think it was free...

Jetpack is already installed usually and does a half a dozen other things like add your Google authorship and image widgets, visitor stats etc. Ditch the other plugins that do these things and just use Jetpack..

I like Tweet Old Post. It randomly pulls older posts from my blog and posts them to twitter on autopilot. I have it set to post to twitter at 4 hour intervals (6 tweets a day).

  1. Create 'recipe' to monitor "there" and then do "that. (thereby the name 'if there then that')
  You have plenty of recipes to choose from
  
  2. Monitor your site RSS feed, and post it to Facebook, Twitter, and more
