Question for Skype Types
Is there anyone who lives within the boundary of Mexico that has FREE SKYPE to the US? I just sigined up with Skype and keep getting a "connection cannot be made" notice. I know you can Skype Mex to Mex cheaply and freely from US to MX but it seems to be blocked headed outbound to the US. Just wondered if it was me or have others noticed it? And, if you've hit this wall, what'd you do to get around it? Who's available?
