The Naked Truth About Landing Joint Venture Partners
It's not really surprising that may gurus never reveal what their biggest money-making secrets are.
Well you can't blame them now, can you?
Think about it. If Michael Lee or Alex Edevane were to tell the whole online world one big secret, you can as sure as you are that you're gonna be hungry tomorrow that that secret would be all the whole place, and in a couple of months it wouldn't be working anymore.
BTW: By the way, Alex and Michael are two guys who tell you everything when you get their products. They hold nothing back.
So if the above is true, why would the gurus even tell you the naked truth about getting Joint venture partners? It's just for the same reasons, and more!
The BIG question now is, "How do you land valuable joint venture partners that would make you the money anytime you call on them, literally?"
Here it is...
BUILD A LIST
Huh? Yeah, I mean it build a list.
The only way you can use to land the biggest gurus and have them listen to you and your JV offer is to have your own HUGE RESPONSIVE LIST.
Let me tell you if you don't know it yet, you have no prayer for winning any JV if you don't have a HUGE list.
The gurus don't do JVs with you because they like you, or pity you, or want to humour you. Indeed, they don't do it because you come from Zimbabwe and your family just caught cholera and you need some money to get them to hospital.
No! They're doing it for one reason and one reason only- WIIFT!
Oh, you don't know what WIIIFT is? It means What's In It For Them!
People do joint ventures with other people because of what they'll get out of it, nothing more, nothing less. And what they want out of it is...money, paying customers, fans, and new friends (that's you if the JV succeeds)
Let me illustrate for a minute here, just follow me...
Let's say that you and I promote internet marketing products, I have a list of 17,000 raving fans who have bought from me over the past one year, and you have a list of 1,000 people who you probably have not contacted for the past two months.
We come up with a classy, JV offer (the same words), for the same product and we both pitch it to Ewen Chia.
When he asks us for our stats, and he reviews them, who would he accept his offer?
Well you know.
So the biggest truth of joint venture marketing, I call it the naked truth, is BUILD YOUR LIST, create a good relationship with your list members (Alex Edevane's MOLB course will show you how. It's the best), and when you have done this, begin to contact the gurus.
Now if your niche isn't in the internet marketing arena, don't think this wont work for you. It will like gangbusters! Just build a list, grow it well to the thousands and even to tens of thousands. Then find an authority in your niche, maybe a newspaper columnist, maybe a talk show host on the topic, pitch them your offer, and offer the a huge commission. Bang! You're there!
As far as your internet marketing is concerned, devote 50% of your time online to building your list and creating a solid relationship with them. It doesn't matter if you don't earn any money yet, you'll eventually do that shortly.
Joe Vitale in an article of his I read sometime in 2004 says that if you can build a list of just 10,000 names in your niche, and then maintain a good relationship with them, you'll never have money problems in your life ever again.
I believe him and I've already started, I wish I started right back then. And I'm not even the only one who believed him. Robert Allen, real estate guru and author of Multiple Streams of Income did, and in 11 months he built a list of 28,000 people!
Another secret, if you get up to 10,000 members for your list, why stop?
