Help Me Expand My Affiliate Business... Plz!

I have a affiliate marketing business thats working out for me pretty well, I've been scaling it for the past few months. Ive now reached the point in which I have excess cash. What I've been doing to date is just re-investing in more content for the sites.

What I want to do now is hire someone to either help with branding, or article syndication, I was also thinking link building but that aspect scares me. Or I could hire someone as a social media manager and build a following.

I'm just one person and can't do all this myself, but I'm also a little sceptical of hiring someone thinking they could ruin what I have created so far.

Anybody have experience in project management, and can recommend the best rout to take?

I have one authority review site, and a few smaller niche review sites. I can handle the small ones myself, but how can I take the bigger site to the next level?

    You're in the right mindset with wanting to outsource, or hire help to SCALE.

    Not sure if you're doing PPC, but you might want to look into that for traffic. If your business model doesn't allow for PPC, create a funnel, re-structure things so that it does... this is truly the only way you're going to be able to control your biz and scale up at will.

    Aside from that, don't worry about hiring someone and taking your biz model and doing it themselves. It's likely not to happen... and if it does, awesome, wish them the best... there's more than enough biz for all of us.

    We have over 22 outsourcers that have in-depth detail in the workings of ALL of my monetization and business models... not 1 has branched out on their own... but if someone does, I'll wish them the best and truly wish for their success.

      Hey there, thanks for that info. I'm not worried someone is going to duplicate what I'm doing, that would bother me at all, I just don't want someone to ruin my biz by doing crappy work for my site, like bad link building.

    Keep investing in content. That's the safest and quickest way to scale without risking your current income.

    Consider targeting some more related niches and simply offering more value in your niche.

    Also, build an email list to scale quickly
