Sole Proprietorship in CA
Hey guys,
I thought maybe someone can provide some feedback on what it's like to register Sole Proprietorship in California for small eCommerce starting business? To be more specific:
1. What comes first: Business bank account or Sole Proprietorship?
2. Which bank would you recommend for Small Business? I'm banking with Chase personally with no problems, but I've read a lot of negative reviews about their Business Accounts.
3. Do I need an EIN if I don't employ people? I've read that some Wholesalers ask for it before giving you their business. Is that true?
4. Are there any other matters, legal or otherwise, that I need to take into account?
