I have a question too about affiliate links -- Conversion.
How do you guys make a conversion without investing too much (or possibly none) money on marketing efforts? Thanks!

There's a million ways to conjure up traffic.

Do you want the best advice I could ever give you?

It's this - find out where your end user demographic hangs out online. Find out if you have easy access to them. And only THEN choose something that you can promote.

Just my humble two cents, as always.

I think that it is a time waster to try to figure out how to make sales with products you are trying to promote through Clickbank.

If you work with the right programs, you should be able to make a good profit each time you spend money on ads.

The secret is to see which places work for you the best. So you need to test multiple places.

You need some free high value content that's incredible helpful to whomever you're targeting and then you can leverage that content to get the traffic needed to get conversions, I.e. making some sales.

All content you create should takes leads through a path that ultimately leads to your offer(s).

    Make sense?

Yes, it's certainly possible, but don't imagine that spreading your hoplinks around the web is going to produce any sales. That isn't how it's done, at all.

There are many ways of building ClickBank affiliate businesses using only free traffic, but (for good reasons related to what actually makes people buy ClickBank-type information products) all the successful ones tend to have three important features in common, and here they are: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

Like @Sarevok says there are a million way getting traffic.
I like setting up a blog, and posting articles related to my niche. I use high quality PLR articles or ebooks and outline the most valuable informations in a new post.
After I am getting some traffic, I write a review about the products I will promote.
This method takes you very low investment and you can start making money right away.

Find out where your target audience are, and promote your offer there. Otherwise build a quality affiliate site around your target keywords and make them visit your site.

The most long-term and effective method is by writing articles…but not focusing on article directories like most people suggest. I recommend that you post your articles on high ranking “Web 2.0″ sites like Squidoo, Hub Pages, Weebly, Blogger, etc.

The fact that those sites are "high-ranking" won't make your pages, or your articles "high-ranking" there. They'll still be PR-0 pages, and the fact that those are high-traffic sites doesn't mean that your pages there will get any of the traffic, either.

I'm afraid this is a bit of fallacy.

I agree entirely that articles are one of the very best long-term ways of generating traffic and income, but "Web 2.0" sites, these days, are just about "the lowest of the low" in terms of where to submit them. Ah, free... Don't we all just love free?!

Back in snowy January I was in the same boat as you. Just got into affiliate marketing and only wanted to market for free. Tried it for two months and didn't make squat. Oh, Silly 'ole me, trying to be cheap.

Then, I decided... You gotta spend money to make money. I bought ad space on a site, started getting traffic and then made my first sale. Have been making sales ever since and I keep buying more ad space on different sites.

So, my advice: Quit being cheap and start making some money!!!
