Can anyone make any recommendations for chat software like Zopim?

I'm looking for something where I can engage users when they come to my site and use different triggers.

    123flashchat is also not a bad choice, it could easily integrate with any cms like joomla, phpbb, druple etc. It can be used for free, I think that's the best reason for personal website master to choose with.

    About 10 years ago I used BoldChat software on some of my sites.
    It was free but I hardly used it. Now I realize that live chat is becoming so
    popular all of a sudden. I wonder what changed? Of course all of these
    chats application needs monitoring, and that's another story.

    Back then it was exciting to see visitors "live" on your site.
