Hi,

I use "Wordpress link cloacking plugin" to redirect my affiliate web pages.

Here my review,

I want to make a list of the Top Link Cloaking Wordpress plugin.

What's the best Link Cloaking Plugin or Link Cloaking script for Wordpress?

That's a nice list.
I prefer to use GoCodes,tried many,but GoCodes is for what i need the best and easy to install,setup and use .

Yes Richard. I too use GoCodes (haven't actually tried the others) for the review blogs I set up for clients.

I've used several.. now I stick to MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate - excellent.

Pretty Link is unable to cloak the following. By cloak, I mean that when the masked link is clicked and the visitor goes to the merchant site, the clickbank username is showing up in the browser address bar.

Can you please tell me if MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate is able to handle it?

Would you say that link cloaking is only really needed for things like affiate sales? With my niche, although I am redirecting people to the site, I don't see why I would need to cloak the link.

That is not true. I use Pretty Link and it does cloak it if you check the 'ultra cloak' option. I am not relying on a comment left somewher, I am relying on first hand experience.

Please use your first hand experience and tell me if Pretty Links is able to ultra cloak the following:

The comment you are referring to is not left 'somewhere'. It is on the official plugin's page and the plugin author himself replied that due to way that merchant page is, it's not possible for Pretty Link to ultra cloak it. Kindly look at the screenshot that I posted in that comment again and test this particular hoplink.

I did misunderstand you at first, sorry. I thought you just meant pretty link didn't do cloaking, but now I see that it is just the actual merchant site causing the problems.

It looks like it cloaks at first, but then the merchant page does another forwarding which does break the frame. Interesting.

I have never promoted that site and never ran into that problem before. Now I know.

Yes and that's the reason I am waiting for someone to test this particular hoplink w/ MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate and report their result.

If you are going to cloak your links you should test them by clearing your browser cache... and not just one browser... and see if your cookies are intact after you click on the link.
