Findology: PPV at .01 or PPC at .03?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone used Findology, and for CB offers, which do you think would be better: PPV at .01, or PPC at .03. I was thinking that the PPC might be better, but what does the consensus think?

    I used them for a test a few years ago and it was a massive fail. So I don't bother with them or suggest them. CPC and CPV are very similar in how the traffic reacts. Both are highly targeted. Some CPC and some cpv is awesome and some is terrible you just have to experiment.
