best cost effective or free tracking website/sw for beginner?

hi,
after going through wf i found i need to track my page/email etc.
but confused as which tracking service/website is best for me and cost effective too?
even the review site found had affiliate links all over.
Mostly confused over adminder or hypertracker.

So any sugesstion on
best cost effective or free tracking website/sw for beginner one of the above or something else?

    If you're looking to keep track of things that happen on your own website, Google Analytics will do everything you need as a beginner for free.

    If you're looking to track affiliate sales/leads from 3rd-party programs, Prosper202 is the free software most people get started with for that.

    i use linktrackr for track affiliate sales/leads ... I am quite satisfied with this tool

      I've kept with bevo. its free and hosted for you and track your lists and conversions.

      As a self hosted solution I'd recommend using imobitrax. Its costly but a great tracker.

    If this is for just a regular website, then google analytics, if this is for an affiliate site then prosper202

    I suggest Google Analytics to track what happens on your site.

    If you are using WordPress as your platform - to track links - you can use a plugin called 'Pretty Link'

    Hypertracker is also a good tool!
