    Funny thing about product creation is that to be successful you need to be able to...

    1. Know how to pick niche markets and topics that are in demand
    2. Match the desire to a unique offering (format, topic, formula, unique position)
    3. Setup an operational online model - landing pages, sales pages, sales funnel, email marketing
    4. Ideally have a kick-butt affiliate program that lets you recruit top affiliates to send you traffic and sales (high leverage)
    5. Make sure your sites convert - or it doesn't matter how good your product is
    6. Get your product developed and continually develop more (back-end, cross-sell, future updates)
    7. Market the whole damn thing effectively

    So, it is rare that people know how to do all of this effectively and it is rare that people can learn and do all of this without some hand holding along the way.

    Check out Infomarketer'sZone - it's an option that offers both training and hand-holding for much less than most guru courses

    I am also a big fan of Yanik Silver (though he doesn't do as much infoproduct training anymore) as well as Rusesll Brunson though you will pay a large premium for his stuff.
