Hi all, After a heart-crushing fall from the Clickbump bandwagon (see below for more details), I have decided to use my experience and lessons to start an exciting new project! As many of you guys would have already known, many people in this forum are already making money from Amazon Affiliates with SEO traffic and after some experience in SEO from my previous Clickbump project, I too, have confidence that this will work. So here is my plan: To make 100 pages/mini sites, within 30 days and spend another 30 days creating backlinks for those 100 pages/sites to boost/seal their rankings on the first page of search engines. For more details in this method, check out this thread. From these 100 pages/sites, i think the chances of hitting $3000 in monthly income seems pretty good, you reckon? I say 100 pages or mini-sites because, from reading many threads and through my own experience, you can rank well in search engines through all sorts of ways, including ezinearticles, a page in your own existing website, a micro-site dedicated to a specific keyword, a hubpage, squidoo lense, etc etc. So i think it is your personal decision to choose which one would work best. For me, I am planning to built a general site like www. generalcategoryxx. com and built many related pages under the domain to promote the related products i have selected from Amazon. Me and a fellow friend of mine plan to start this project together very soon and she thought that it would be great if we could meet a couple of 'comrades' to do this project together. We don't have to share the keywords that we found for ourselves, but we can share our progress to keep each other in check like the number of keywords we have found, the number of pages we have built, etc etc. I think this would be highly motivating where we can share our experiences and lessons learned with each other during this 60 days. With teammates, a dateline, a goal, and an indirect/healthy pressure to complete the project, I say that this would be great fun don't you think? ![]() So for all those interested say AYE!! We will figure a way to do this together (My friend suggested doing this on Google Wave). Looking forward to hear from you guys!!!! p.s. With my Clickbump project, my Adsense account got banned (after building 75 websites) because my sites 'did not meet the quality guidelines stated by google'. Lessons learned: Don't built spammy 3 or 4 page websites. Follow the rules and try to give quality content to your readers. For those building Clickbump websites, I would recommend having at least 15-20 pages of quality content (and change your templates). Its a win win situation, the google bots will love you and you get your kaching$$$ ! |

Interested to see how you get on. How will you report your progress? Or will it be a 'closed' shop? Kind regards and wish you all the best. Regarding keywords I have a gig on Fiverr about it and will over deliver using the myriad of tools I have ![]() Brian |
