AP, sincere thanks for the insight you provided in the Offline thread. I am going to take your advice and jump right in.

Like SkiBum, I would really appreciate a link to your resource guide since its no longer in the thread. If you could PM it to me, I'd be very grateful.

Who knows, maybe someday I can "pay it back" myself!

Well AP - I went through the biggest thread ever, I think... You know your offline stuff and I loved what I read... Thanks a lot for keeping everyone alive, knowing that we can do something like this to stay afloat.

The offline marketing thread was a incredible. I had my first meeting with a guy yesterday!

I opened with Frank Kern's, "I am not going to sell you anything today." Then, "In fact I don't work with a lot of the businesses I speak to. I am pretty expensive and I only work with companies that are ready for explosive growth. So today is just so I can get to know your business."

After we talked, I told him the cost ($5000 to start and $1500 a month). He really wants to do it, but their budget is only $1000 a month. He is going to talk with the money guys out of state. First few are practice anyway, right?

Anyway, I wanted to thank you for everything and I was wondering if I could get a copy of your agreement and other docs. I know you took them off the forum for a reason, but I am actually doing this and I thought you might appreciate that. If you don't want to, can't or don't have the time, I totally understand that. You have given me so much already.

    Thanks again,

    Shaun

    Unbelievable Generosity.

Since all of the posted links are not active, is there any way that I can get a copy of all of the printed resources that you shared.

    Thanks Again

    AP,
I really appreciate all your comments on the "Offline Marketers: What services are you offering for monthly fees?" thread. On the page linked below, you mentioned a Word doc that you posted, but I don't see a link. Is that still available somewhere? I would appreciate receiving it and anything else you'd like to share. I am considering getting into this business myself.

    Good Afternoon AP,

First and foremost: Thank you. You have provided more usable information and guidance than I could hope for in a paid training; and you did it just to be helpful.

    Thank you.

If you could please; the documents in the closed thread (Dexx's) aren't seemingly posted. Nor is the (much sought after) client contract. Those would be very helpful to me. Particularly the contract.

Though I have an online business that is doing fine (not over-the-top amazing, but it pays the bills), I have a friend who has recently become in dire need of a new career. Helping businesses while helping his family would be a dream come true. I'm taking some time and using the resources I have (such as the WR and some well recommended WSOs) to help that cause.

Your material has been a tremendous help. Again, thank you. If you could email those previously linked/reffed documents they would be put to use.

    Cheers,

    Joshua

    Hey AP,

I have really enjoyed your advise on the warrior forum regarding offline marketing. This has truly been an eye opener! I am a new member to the warrior forum. I actually joined only because of this post lol. I am unable to view your legal agreement and questionnaire. I believe because I have no posts :/ If you will, please send me a copy. I would greatly appreciate it. Also, feel welcome to subscribe me to your blog/website/etc. I value your opinion as a leader in the industry and again. THANK YOU!

Is it any wonder companies like Reach Local, Yodle, Service Magic, Yelp, Angie's List, Google, Yahoo!, etc... are targeting local businesses and making Billions of dollars. The new and easy money is helping small business owners get new customers via the Internet. Plumbers, dentist, lawyers, mortgage brokers, restaurants, and retail store get more customers by having an online presence.

The old media is out, what used to work in marketing no longer...
