Default The Master Key System?

Have You heard of it?
Have You Completed it?
What Is The Purpose Behind the exercises?

I am a WHY person. I need to know WHY I am doing each of the task otherwise I just won't do it. I need to know Reason.

I cant find it anywhere?

Does anyone know?

The reason your doing all of these exercises is really simple.
It's to gain access to higher knowledge, energy, and power....WHAT exactly you have access to doesn't matter....It's there and powerful.

That's it dude. I haven't completed the book yet because I have other studies right now....However, I'm positive(100% sure) this is the reason you're doing the exercises.... To gain access....that's why it's called the Master Key System. It's a process to unlock higher consciousness and thinking.

It's available for free, along with many similar books, at psitek.net. (I don't have any association with the site.)

If you'd like to go through one chapter at a time in a study group, I'm up to join you.

Possum, at your suggestion I'm reading Napoleon Hill's Law of Success.

The online edition I found at napoleon hill is missing a few sections. I'd like to find a complete edition, ideally as pdf that's easy to read offline.

Would you like a thread where we go through Hill's Laws as study buddies?

I don't know. My thought was that for the parts we've read, we can each post our notes, share ideas, ask questions... and when we feel we've covered the basics of each section, with whatever detours are fascinating, move on to the next section.

If we get to the sections I haven't read yet, I might need to ask for a break to read them.

I figure we can play it by ear and see what pace works well for us. My initial guess is a section a week. But that's just a guess.

I'm open to ideas.

To get you to think. - To think deep and clear. To think creatively.

That's really the "only" purpose.

The first exercises, such as holding the body still and relaxing it...allow you to be absorbed in your thoughts...leaving the current physical conditions behind.

The exercise of "blanking the mind" develops awareness of thoughts - and at later stages, allows you to shift and deliberately select thoughts.

The exercises of visualization 'force' you to clarify your thoughts - your ideals - and concentrate allowing them to impress you more.

The exercises, such as viewing the navy ship - allow you to deepen your thought and lead you to realize things most don't because they don't go deep enough.

Exercises such as the flower blossoming cause you think creatively, to develop ideals and see the potential - and trends - of things. To see beyond 'what is' into what 'can be'.

And the exercises such as focusing on say, power...cause that ideal to be impressed on you - and begin to live through you.

I think that covers the general types of exercises he goes through...without having to check my copy and go through every one.

Gavin,

The author was simply wanting people to put theory into practice with the exercises.

Mr. Enthusiastic,

1 section a week sounds good to me!!

I'm going to go through it again. I just breezed through the first quarter and found it incredibly fascinating.....it wasn't what I needed to focus on in my studies right now so I decided to hold on to it for a later date.

One section a week sounds great though

Thank You. Warriors. I already have the course. I just find myself thinking why the heck am I sitting with my back straight for half hour?

If I knew the exact benfits from each of the exercises that would be awsome
Life Quaker Gave the some examples. I going to JUMP back on this tommorow and complete it all.

If anyone wants to join in and discuss this in a mastermind group add me to skype.

Hi Gavin!

The exercises in The Master Key System are the "meat" of the book. It's a method one can use in order to attain complete mental mastery -- the ability to focus, concentrate, and avoid having a "scattering consciousness."

The goal of the first exercise ("Sit erect, comfortably, but do not lounge. Let your thoughts roam where they will, but be perfectly still for fifteen minutes to half an hour.") is, as Haanel wrote, for you to "secure full control of your physical being."

Look at it this way: What is the first thing you do when you become mentally frazzled? Do you pace? Play with your hair? Tap your pencil on your desk? Get the "jimmy leg" where you bounce your leg up and down?

Your physical actions often describe your mental state, much like a "tell." Thus, the first step to attaining mental control is to secure physical control.

So, when you do become frazzled and you realize that you have become so, the first thing you tell yourself is to calm down and "get control of yourself." Right?

That's the basis for this exercise. Let your thoughts roam where they may, but keep yourself still -- stay in control of yourself.

Is it difficult? It could be. The rewards just from this exercise can be awesome, though. Think about being in total physical control during a poker game. Or a business meeting. Merely by mastering this exercise, you gain a mastery of your body -- a centeredness -- that many describe as "cool."

So, be cool. :-)

All the BEST!

Have fun ... Tony.

BTW - I have been studying, publishing, writing about, talking about, and coaching people the Master Key System for about ten years now. Just so you know.

Be kind & Have fun!

I am currently on part 4 of this incredible book.

Let me tell you, over the weeks, you begin to notice your personal power, controlling your thoughts, and pure clarity.

Stick with it all the way...I am 100% certain I will folow it through to 24 weeks...I am learning so much about myself and the universal laws also.

And ofcourse, enjoy it too!

The second week didn't go to well..but i'm still pumped up.

I had trouble with this exercise. New thoughts kept on coming into my mind. I can't do it for longer than a minute.

I am going to bang out another week or so to see how things play out before I move on to week 3

That's normal mate. It took me almost 3 weeks to successfully do this part. It's mainly because in the world we live in now, there's millions of things that distract us, so many thought's run through the mind, therefore resulting in a cluttered mind. So it's important to get this one down.

Here's what helped me. Focus on your breathing. Focus on the air coming in through your nose, into your stomach, then back out out of your mouth. Breath deep, into the stomach, that's where your central energy centres are. After doing this, you will start to feel some stillness. Notice Haanel mentions being able to only block thoughts moment's at a time... so if you can continually do it for a minute or more regularly...you wil be ready. The more practice you get, the better.

It takes time, but it's worth it. Sure even now, thought's come into my head when I do my visualisation exercises, but that exercise teach's you to control your thought and redirect it on whatever you should be focussing on.

Keep it up!

It's not just you- I have real problems trying to empty my mind of thoughts- even to the point of thinking that I shouldn't be thinking!!

I think it does definately get easier with practice. I will try the breathing trick thanks.
