I normally eat 3 times a day (no fruit between the meals)
    - Breakfast - bread and marmelade and juice
    - Lunch - rye bread, cake, ice cream, sandwich or what I want from the canteen
    - Something warm (can be everything)

At work I drink a cup of coffee every second hour to remain focus.

It is a good habit to eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day to provide the body with the right amount of nutrients that it needs.

Also, it is recommended to drink lots of water throughout the day to keep the body from losing to much liquid in our system.

      Thanks for your share.

Doctors say that we need to eat every 3 hours, even though we do not feel hungry.

      Thanks for your share.

i try to wake up at 5 AM in the morning and do some light cardio exercise for an hour and half before a shower and breakfast. I love early mornings, and waking up the body with exercise has been very fruitful for helping me get focused. I normally take a freezing cold shower after working out in the morning to help rejuvenate and this also has helped me focus and clear my head. I usually eat a big breakfast after my shower. i think breakfast is the most important meal for kick-starting the day.

As for drinking water, i try to keep a 32 Ounce Nalgene Water bottle with me. This makes it easy to keep hydrated as i constantly have it with me. Before having a dedicated water bottle, i would forget and was pretty lazy, i just never thought about it throughout the day. i am currently working myself up to 4 Bottles a day (128 Ounces). The more i drink the better i feel. It's harder to drink enough water if you drink other fluids. Soda, Beer, Coffee, etc. All those require more water but normally i can't drink near as much water when i do drink those.

I eat about 6 times a day (every 3-4 hours) aiming for 30g protein at each meal, and as little sugar as humanly possible (except for the ice cream i tend to eat each evening!). I eat a lot of meat/poultry/fish for protein along with fresh vegetables. I stopped eating fruit when i started to lean out, too much sugar.

I drink half my body weight in pounds, in ounces of water (about 85 oz per day).

I tend to drink two or three cups of coffee through the morning, but then it's mostly water after that.

I stay focused more by taking regular mental breaks in between tasks than by what i eat/drink.

    Works for me

Mostly ramen. Yeah... pretty much ramen.

Sometimes we can afford cereal or macaroni, but um.. ramen.

It's okay. It sort of begins to taste like boiled cardboard cut in little curly strips, with powdered chicken or beef powder sprinkled on top to make it a little less insufferable. I'm allergic to shrimp, so none of that one. But, y'know, it's... it keeps me alive.

Two main food and 2 fast food, 2 cup coffee. I like to eat fast food at small amount when I feel hungry, take coffee in the 2nd hour of start working and at the evening. These are all to keep me on focus.

I eat 5-6 times a day and drink fresh water (mostly) throughout the whole day.

I'm used to drinking quite a lot during the day, so whenever I feel thirsty I go and have a glass of water.

I also drink coffee in the morning.
