The largest list of excuses all losers make.

I am not going to list all the excuses here. But there is one important one I would like to describe, and leave the rest for other warriors to add in.

Here's what I think is the common excuse all losers make(with several variations):

"Look, I know this thing will work, but I am planning to make everything perfect. I am asking everyone, taking opinions, making sure there are no loopholes left, and when everything will sound perfect -- I will jump in. "

'Making everything perfect' is one of the biggest reason of inaction.

Losers don't realize that real experience (and results) comes with experiencing things yourself. And not by ONLY listening to other people's suggestions.

I would like all warriors to chime in and make this the largest list of excuses all losers make. Thanks in advance!

Over to you.
-J

I hate when people use excuses in relation to money, like:

    1) I don't have much money to start.
    or
    2) The bank won't give me any money.

You are starting your business to make money. You do not need a large amount of money to invest in the business at first. Start small and smart, invest in the only things that are really needed and grow your way to the top.If you do much investments when you start there are a few problems, maybe your business will fail and you will loose all your money, or because of your lack of experience you will spend your money on things you do not need to run a successful business.
You need a plan, a smart plan with little investment and a good idea.

    Best quote for this topic:

"Ninety-nine percent of the failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses." - George Washington Carver

Many are afraid of success because of the work it takes and the possible risk. In my opinion, the best way to do things is to start small. That's when you'll get the momentum to turn it into something big.
You don't need to take out a ten billion dollar loan to build a luxury "<Yournamehere> Tower." You can start with a rental home (or two), then apartments, then commercial buildings, etc.

How could you forget the #1?

    I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME.

Get's me every time Not to mention a few similar others:
    - I couldn't do this or that, I don't know anything about it
    - I will start next week, I need to plan first

Great post, a reminder to the lions among the sheep, eh?

    "It's too difficult for me!"

You'll never know you can do it if you never try. Quitting before the game even starts is definitely for losers.

See, what may be a LOSER to you, is simply an ignorant person, and may just need education. How do YOU define loser? One guy at this place defines winner as a guy making money, in control of his health and emotions. We might all agree on him (and Chrlie Sheen) WINNING, but how can we offer up excuses a loser might use without knowing what a loser is? But in the spirit of the OP...

One of the popular excuses losers use today, is to use the word HATERS.

Haters are people who don't agree with you, right? By calling someone a hater, the loser doesn't have to deal with reality.

So, today, I'll say anyone who has haters is a loser, does this work for you?

    GordonJ

PS. I don't believe god made losers, only people who haven't been exposed to their own hidden talents. But please, tell us all what losers are, ok?

"I don't have the money for it".. the point is you are starting to do something to make your money grow. If you always have this excuse, there is no opportunity because you are afraid to use the little that you have. Just be sure that you have a game plan so that your efforts don't also turn to waste.

Losers always jump to the conclusion that they don't have time for something. That is just you saying that to your loser self because who doesn't have time? The amount of time given to every, single human being is the same! It's just how you manage and make use of your time.

I hate people who are able to say things to other people but aren't doing that in their own life/backyard. It's plain hypocrisy. It's for losers!

winners and losers ..kind of sad to put people into such piles ..

people have bad things happen some have terribly traumatic thing happen they can't recover from .

there are over 7 billion people on this planet and only 34 million millionaires ..and you can live like a king on 2,000 dollars usd a month in many countries ..

if you have a roof over your head..three meals a day, air conditioning, computer with internet..hot running water ,a refrigerator with food in it.. you doing better than much of the world population

You know, it is true that sometimes, you just can't find the motivation to do something or don't know where to start. But the good thing is that you stumbled upon this forum. I'd like to believe that now, you'd like to move on and stop being a loser.

Gonna add a little bit more to this one. It's not just waiting for things to be perfect, it's about not wanting to face change and inconvenience.

There's an old Filipino proverb that says "If you want it enough, you'll find ways. If you don't want it enough, you'll find many excuses."
