How to Stick to Goal Achieving Activities
1 - Hold my vision throughout the day. I wallpaper it and keep tabs open with images of some of my goals. This attracts goal oriented tasks.
2 - Take frequent breaks. Keeps the mind fresh, calm and focused.
3 - Listen to music. Music can put you in a high vibe or a peaceful vibe, both of which foster creativity which can lead to goal achieving activities.
4 - Exercise. By running and lifting weights I feel better. The better I feel, the more I engage in goal achieving activities.
5 - Make "Busy Work" a dirty word. Nothing dishonors God more than the phrase "Busy Work" or "Keeping Busy." You are wasting your body when your goal is to keep busy, and dying more each day instead of living more each day.
