I honestly do not know if there are still some old members to remember who was Mike (aka BigMike) but I thought about writing something in this forum because mike was part of this family for a long time and probably have some friends around.

I met Mike in 2004 here, at the beginning he was my mentor, helping me in all aspects of online marketing.

After a while Mike offered me my first online job. Then we worked together for 16 years becoming my partner and my BEST FRIEND.

Yesterday after fighting for a week with a brain hemorrhage, he passed away.

Thanks,

Diego and His Trusty Sidekick BIG Mike

I'm truly shocked. Diego - I remember how much Mike thought of you and how encouraging he was. He thought you were brilliant (but then added, 'or at least really smart' and then laughed). I know it was a great partnership for the two of you.

For a long time 'back in the day', Mike and I spent from 30 minutes to 2 hrs talking on skype several days a week - when we partnered on the 'mania' memberships. When we split, we didn't speak for a couple years (mainly both of us stubborn) but thankfully we had gotten over it some time ago.

I know one of his younger children is only about 11 but not sure that's the youngest. This must be so hard for his family. Thanks for letting us know.

    RIP Mike

Big Mike's youngest child is only 3 years old. I was really blessed with him being my friend and my mentor.

We had a lot of fun Doing business together and just joking with each other. We were on Skype together just the other day.

I am going to miss him more than I can say.

Big Mike helped many on here. And loved to go toe to toe when he thought someone was wrong or just plain stupid.

My deepest condolences to Anastasia and the children.

Thank you! Big Mike for being my friend. I love you man.

Until recently my communication with Mike had been infrequent for about five years. Then a few months ago he began including me in email updates about a script he was working on, we started kicking ideas around, and it felt like good the ol' days again. His sudden health issue and subsequent passing was a complete shock and still seems unreal.

To say that Mike made significant contributions to this forum and community would be a gross understatement. He touched many lives, mine certainly included. My heart goes out not only to his family, but also to Diego and Ken who have had a close friendship with Mike for many years.

Rest in peace brother. You are missed more than you could know.

Damn, this is terrible news. A few of us, on another forum, was trying to get a group project going and it was a lot of fun while it lasted.

BigMike was always there to help out anyone. He even sent me his paypal script when I was talking to him about doing something similar.

We could use more people like BigMike in today's world. What a lost.

My prayers go out to his family. I sure hope they will be alright.

The last year and a half BIG Mike was my mentor and my business partner, but most importantly, my friend.

In that time I got to know his kids and his amazing wife, learned some really cool Greek words (yep, all the bad ones) and we spent a lot of time just laughing and never getting a damned thing done!

He pushed me to new levels that I never knew I was capable of because he thought I was smart (silly man). He had the patience of Job with me.

He was one of the best contributors here and other places. Always willing to help.

It's not enough to say he will be missed. There is a void that cannot be replaced.

Terrible news, so very sorry to hear this unfortunate update about BigMike!
Incansoft and the good ol' days, always very interesting software applications...
Nice and Smart, it was always nicely affordable with a mix of Creativity in lots of different ways with making money!

I have a good feeling Diego and BigMike will still be continuing in a different way of working together in his memory and a continued relationship of friendship and BigMike's love of helping others.

If I remember correctly, when BigMike kinda retired from internet marketing awhile back both BigMike and his wife were working together in a volunteer type of arrangement giving back to their community back home in Greece I believe setting-up different schools and educational centre's for children and young people to learn and have good opportunities to advance their education. Both BigMike and his wife were very involved at the time. Hopefully if I remember correctly, on those details,
BigMike's name lives on and continues together with his wife and all the kids with that program.

Diego, thank you for sharing this unfortunate news about BigMike and please when you have some time, please let us know if I'm remembering correctly with the educational and school program that I've mentioned with any future updates that you might be able to share about BigMike, his wife and family on my quick little story shared here.

Either way, very sad news... RIP BigMike from the good ol' days! ...

    Take care,

Really sad news that Big Mike is no more.

A great personality always willing to help others. He had helped many newbies find their foot in IM and I happened to be one.

His knowledge and expertise are impeccable. An Internet Marketer who believed and sticked to marketing ethics.and carved out his success.

A real loss to the IM Community. Hope that Diego will be the torch barer of what Big Mike stood for in the years a head.

May Big Mike's soul rest in peace.
