Hey so I am looking for a new phone. I am strictly in a tight budget 400$

What android phone do you suggest.

100% Samsung! I'm sure you can find some decent models in that price range. There's gotta be an IM in here somewhere selling some cheapy cheapy phones hahaha

I would look into your current phone provider and see what deals they have on a new phone. I use a Samsung phone that I purchased at a great price from my carrier about 3 months ago. You can make a trade in for a new phone.

They usually will require a new 2 year agreement unless the phone is paid in full. Verizon & T-mobile has done this currently and in the past. You could get a decent phone in your price range. The phone providers will walk you thru your options and just pick one the suites your needs.

Now there is a large selection of phones. But you do not think that the new models of Samsung budget. If you want a budget phone, you need to buy an old model phone.

I buy used cell phones from ebay all of the time. For $400 you can get a pretty good Android phone. My favorite are the LG models. You can probably get a G6 or a G7 for around that price and they're pretty convenient. The fingerprint reader is my favorite feature.
