Are you sleeping as much as you did before IM?

Before I got started with internet marketing, I think that I wasn't really thinking of my time as something that valuable. But I feel like that has changed drastically.

I find myself sleeping a lot less since I actually started making a good income and sometimes I even sleep 1/3 of the day and then work most of the time for the rest of the day.

So what's the deal with you? Do you tend to work harder/longer than you used to since you "broke the ice" with your IM ventures? I'd like to hear some opinions on this one...

Wow, I thought that people get involved in IM to work less... When my business started to generate good income I decided to automate and outsource almost everything and now I can start working on other ideas. I want to work smart, not hard

All I can say that, they said it's health is wealth.

If you don't mind what if you got sick of leukemia or anemia...

I heard a lot of rumors about some celebrity actors and actresses died because to much work on taping and shooting because they just don't have enough sleep.

But I guess we should also love our body. Some said that, what good is money if you got sicked and all of the charges is just enough of all your hard earn work.

    Yeah health is wealth!

    Just some friendly advice here..

    Take care and God bless!

You need to read Tim Ferris' book 4 Hour Work Week. I've been working too much recently, and will be doing more outsourcing in the future.

    Time for a nap......

It is funny how people get into IM to work LESS, however I frequently here the real pros admit that they regularly work 16 hours a day!!

Crazy IMO, but they know that the more you put in the more you get out.

I have to say that I work harder and sleep less, but I can give me a break whenever I want to, no boss standing behind me and all that crap.

If I want to I can open the window and take some fresh air, have a nice Coke meanwhile... It's just the freedom while you work that makes it worth it. For example I can chat with my friends if I feel like I need to...

And also I feel so satisfied after a long day of work that it feels like it's totally worth it.

Most definitely, it's great that we can afford to do all that.

I have to agree with Tashi.

I sleep less in IM - but that's because I can sleep when I'm tired instead of when schedule permits so I never get so exhausted that I need extra hours.

I sleep less because I have all of these ideas in my mind, my waking hours are preoccupied with how to work on them, turn them into reality.

Yes I have reduced my sleep time from 7hrs to 5 hrs since I have started IM because its really a time consuming work.

Somehow I sleep MORE and I am about 10x busier. I think it comes down more to focus and a time schedule. Now I 'work' till about the same time each night.

    I used to sleep about 5 - 6 hours a day before IM, now I sleep 6 - 7. I also don't consider what I do work. I enjoy it too much.

I fully support the concept of the 40 hour week, 8 hours work, 8 hours sleep, 8 hours recreation, which were not easily granted as far back as 1855 in Australia and New Zealand.

Before I started to work with IM I used to sleep much more. The whole IM thing became a bit addictive for me. I very often replaced the day with night. Many times I woke up in the evening and worked until morning, then went sleep. Once I estabilished proper income I invested more time to sleep and work normally, just like before I got into whole thing.
