Both. I love eating food which I like, but many a times I just eat so that I can live because I do not have time.

I'm busy writing cookbooks (and other non-related works) for Kindle so I'd have to say that good food is a real passion. My twist on things is making good food without the full load of fat and salt. I can't say when they will go up for sale, but I hope sometime this year. Mine are not simple projects and I've not set any completion dates -- got tired of the beat the clock article writing and quit.

So, for me, it's both eating to live with food that is better for you, and I live to eat what I've made.

So many times you eat out somewhere and find it disappointing, even in more expensive places that it pays a lot of health benefits to do it yourself without sacrificing quality.

      Yes, I LOVE food.

Like many others, I eat to live but I do love good food; heck, I really do enjoy food that tastes good and trying out different types of cuisine. But that's probably because I got quite a few foodie friends...

For years I have been seeing clients who have to “eat to live” now because they lived to eat without health considerations for too long. I’m not just talking about obesity but many other medical issues as well. My thinking is if you can eat healthy 80-90% of the time you’re doing very well. Your body will thank you in the years to come.
