Long before the Hitler government began restricting the rights of the German (ones who can't be named), the leaders of the worldwide (ones who can't be named) community formally declared war on the "New Germany" at a time when the U.S. government and even the (ones who can't be named) leaders in Germany were urging caution in dealing with the new Hitler regime.

    WOW, that was NOT very bright! The WHOLE WORLD, effectively anyway, was entering a low point in 1933. Germany was probably affected more than ANY other nation! Nazism was created to a BIG degree by the poor! Just listen to their battle cry, their complaints, and look at what they did, and how they did it. Had there not been a depression, hitler might have been laughed at, thrown in jail for being a public nuisance, and left to ROT as a FOOTNOTE in history not even worthy of any mention in documentaries, etc...

    I don't know what part THIS played into it, but it could have been the last straw, and helped to target some. And there HAVE been cases where a person's ideology has been followed, but parts have been left out or mitigated. There are ALSO cases where such a thing is discarded. 1933 was apparently too early to see where this would lead.

    A very interesting piece of history, bud - but how are we going to get a lucid, and valid discussion about this point in history...
    without somebody calling someone something for something somebody says? (try saying that 10 times fast) -

    I too have done some study on this point in history, and even had to debate about it in college...(my instructor assigned me a pro-"new regime" argument - I don't think he liked me...and trust me, it is quite a challenge putting yourself in such a repugnant shoe effectively)

    Even after explaining to the class I was put in that position...and had to give the best argument...I was actually ostracized by many members of the class for some time afterward. Oddly to me at the time, ones who came to my defense was a classmate, and the instructor, 2 of a few people in the class who were Jewish.
    When I asked him why he put me in such an awkward position, he said he thought I could do it without inciting stereotypes and rhetoric...propaganda notwithstanding...

    This one is like walking on rice paper my friend...

    And Steve, are you alluding the old adage: "History has a habit of repeating itself"?

    Curiously, and bizarrely, Hitler was named man of the year by Time Magazine in 1938, and nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in '39*...go figure -

    (*Hitler was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1939 on the basis of the peaceful resolution of the Sudetenland Crisis; but the nomination was rejected by the Nobel Prize Committee.)

      Well, I did NOT have that in mind BUT, whenever I think about this, I have to shake my head. The failure to talk about how things like this have happened has caused parts to repeat to some degree. I would say more, but I don't....

      And it is SHOCKING that the NBP is still around. It was conceived of SIMPLY to build a good reputation around, and advance people with good reputations to help the reputation of, Alfred Nobel! When a brother of his died, someone gave him alfred's obituary. Alfred didn't want to be known primarily for creating a powerful explosive. The NBP now works AGAINST the idea that Alfred set it up to promote!

    What is up with this - is it Nazi Week? All day yesterday TCM (Turner Classic Movies) had WWII movies and then even the Retro station had 'The Longest Day' (about WWII).

    In Revelation it also talks about when times are really tough (in the end-times which is the last 2000 years) - that is when the Anti-Christ will come in and pretend to be the solution to everybody's problems, which of course he is not and quite the contrary. 'The Man of Sin takes his seat in the temple'.

    Let's not get political OR religious which is also Anti-Christ

      Well, I saw shows about weapons mainly. 8-? But now that you mention it, there WAS a show about the USS New Jersey, and IT spent time fighting in WWII. They felt INVINCIBLE until a japanese ship shot torpedoes at it when they were preoccupied, and one went through the middle of it's hull.

      If you want to just BORDER on TET though, a jewish leader that apparently was WELL respected apparently said that it will come after ariel sharon dies. He also said some surprising things. Ariel has been in a coma since 2006.

      Hmm. I don't really know what to make of that comment. What I had in mind when I started this thread was how governing bodies have the ability to push an agenda with the vast majority of the population totally in the dark about the true motives.
      I was doing my daily research on the Iran/Syria crisis when I came across the article I posted.

    Sorry patrician, if you feel I said too much. In a REAL depression, sometimes some of the poorest are like rabid dogs in a corner looking for a meal. Hitler merely threw them certain groups for meat. You've seen the same thing happen in the US and UK, only THAT was with goods in stores. Actually, that ****EXACT**** thing ALSO happened in Germany one particular night. Of course, they were only trying to target shops owned by certain people, but it was the same thing. It really is only a matter of scale, and the target group.

    Moral: Use your discernment and don't be fooled by 'wolves that come in sheep's clothing'. (LOL "if it's too good to be true it probably is")

    After all for most people unless they are deranged they wouldn't fall for evil schemes knowingly - but take brain washed, starving people and they are likely to believe anyone that they think will help their plight.

        All I can say is it/he is already here running things (into the ground), but in the shadows. (for example the 'shadow government' (muwahahah).

        ... it probably sounds trite but 'God is love' - so to me that means hate is ANTI-God

        without getting religious (which I think is mostly anti-God) it may appear to be a religious war that is the final war on earth - turbans or yamakas or whatever, but it is ONLY the war between GOOD AND EVIL.

        It looks like Evil is winning but don't worry. Good will always win in the end.

    I really can't say more without getting 'religious'.

    Yes it is HATE - both individual and collective - and can be in a myriad of forms.

    Hate = Evil
    Love = Good

    We all have the capacity for either. It's the one we choose to feed that makes us who we are.

    The AC is pure, evil hatred of man and of God. Demonic forces will seek to defile and destroy - whether it is through violence, war, destruction, larceny, slander, economic ruin - whatever will create unhappiness and sorrow - and specifically to turn people away from the truth like it always has.

    It has to get worse before it can get better - it has to reach its full potential.

      Interesting. However, I don't believe Satan came as a snake.
      The Hebrew word for "serpent" is nachash. The word nachash can mean serpent and or shiny one. The word, as it appears in Genesis, is "ha-nachash" which means "The Shiny One".

      "The Shiney One" was more subtle than any beast of the field.

      There is nothing that convinces me that Nachash was actually a snake.

    Yes you could be right bravo -

    I am sorry if i ruined your thread. it is a very interesting article.

    I do think demons are very relevant to nazis.

    However, i don't know about aliens though i think they may be good or evil. don't know yet (they don't say much, lol).

    I have enjoyed the conversation though - it gets lonely and boring working from home so I appreciate the 'company' here.

      The middle east, INCLUDING israel, are mentioned THROUGHOUT! Look at ESTHER, a book about a PERSIAN plot to wipe out the jewish people! Or revelation, where it talks about Armageddon. That is the battle on megiddo in ISRAEL!

      As for the US? I doubt there would be support DIRECTLY. INdirectly they have come close through the UN and related entities, and THAT sort of thing has been mentioned.

      As for Europe? Europe WAS attacking them, so THAT was an obvious thing to mention. REMEMBER, this predates a lot of europe as it stands today. Berlin was a city only since like 1000AD. Paris existed as today since about 360AD. Basel switzerland around 370AD. aarhus denmark around 950AD. So you can see that references to such things in the Bible would be vague.

    MMM - She is the Whore of Babylon (Earth) and in that cup is the blood of the Saints (Martyrs).

    Bravo - on the chart US did not exist at that time for one thing and all that Steve said.

    I do find symbology though in different parts of the Bible - for example Russia (the bear) and US (the eagle) I would say China the Dragon but since so much dragon symbology is relegated to demons I don't know - so maybe there are good and bad dragons.

    ...'The 'kings of the east' will unite and go against Israel' ('far east? - middle east?) isn't that true too.

    Most "kings of the east" were middle east. In fact, I can't recall one speaking of the FAR east. AGAIN though, most took part in that area. And dragons is actually SUCH a vague term, and there IS an EARLY reference to "dragons". It could EASILY mean DINOSAUR!
