I don't smoke cigarettes, or drink coffee, but I love great tea, especially when it is flavored nicely. Who is with me? Tea! |

Green tea is very good for you (anti-oxidant) I was really into it until I read you have to drink at least 4 cups a day to get the benefits. The most I can get down is 1-2 - I drink coffee which is also good for you and I like mint tea (also good but not necessarily anti-oxidant) |

I try and drink at least 2 cups a day of Green Tea, sometimes more. I don;t buy the "you have to drink 4 cups" thing. I've heard some sources say 2, some say 3, some say 4 and then some say having 6-8 can cause some issues. I prefer to take the "don't over do it" way and realise that every cup you have is doing some good. 1-2 cups a day is a lot better than none. |

I put honey in all my cups of hot tea. I often make sun tea (grass container with water sits in the sun for a while) using various combinations of different types of tea bags. This is used for iced tea in the summer. |

I brew a half pot of green tea every afternoon. So it's a half pot of coffee in the morning, a half pot of green tea in the afternoon, and spring water with ACV and Stavia in the evening and at night. I think I drink to much |

I don't like the taste of coffee so I've always had tea instead. I have a great variety of teas but a favorite is Bigelow Green Tea Constant Comment blend. |

I love it, drink about 3-4 cups a day. Health benefits are not proven, so don't drink it thinking it's some sort of miracle potion. Drink it because you like it and it if it good for you then BONUS! |

I love Green Tea too! In fact I love drinking tea of all types except Milk Tea ... Love Green Tea, Earl Grey, Brown Rice Tea, Roibooi Tea, Flower Teas (Forget-me-not, Rose, Lavender, Peppermint, Chamomile), Honey Tea, Herbal Teas (Ginger, Ginseng). Everyday I will have different kind of tea to drink. I believe in my past life, I must be a Farmer-ess or Someone who sells Teas. |

Yeah it's true that there are many advantages of having green tea, but it tastes like crap instead of it try Chinese tea, which has good taste and all nutritional value.

Matcha for me with some raw cacao. The theobromine rounds off the caffeine quite nicely. |

Green tea is great, although white tea is even better for you in some respects. In either case, fresh-brewed & unsweetened is the way to go. The canned stuff is loaded with artificial ingredients, which, along with the fact that it's typically stored for a prolonged time, means that much of the antioxidant content is lost. If you need a sweetener, go with honey, as 100% organic honey actually increases the antioxidant value of the tea. |
