Hi, everybody. I'm in the process of finding a day job so I won't have to depend so heavily on writing for my income. I sent out a few applications yesterday. One emailed me back right away, and I interviewed for that position about an hour ago. The other one just emailed me back, wanting to know my availability for an interview this week.

In the email, she addressed me by my first name, and then signed it with her full name and title. My question is this- how should I address her in my response? I don't want to be rude, and I'm not sure what the standard is for business emails. Maybe it's a silly question, but I really want the job, so I'm stressed out over this.

How do you address and sign your business emails?

    If you put:

    Dear <Her First Name>,

    .......

    Yours sincerely,
    <Your Full Name>
