A knife-wielding man injured 22 children and one adult outside a primary school in central China as students were arriving for classes Friday, police said, the latest in a series of periodic rampage attacks at Chinese schools and kindergartens.

The attack in the Henan province village of Chengping happened shortly before 8 a.m., said a police officer from Guangshan county, where the village is located.

    China is swift in punishment of individuals convicted of crimes. He will be swiftly executed and his life before that will not be nice.

    At least CHINA won't take this as a sign that they should ban anything but a knife! To listen to some here, you would that that a guy such as that could not exist!

    As for the psychiatric problems? The absolute BEST way to encourage sanity is to not do, or encourage, insane things! Some of what china does is INSANE. Most people end up getting killed or murdered, and don't become insane, but you KNOW some WILL!!! Look at some of what has gone on at foxconn.

    This sends chills down my spine. Shooting is one thing - but to actually drive the weapon into a person - and not just one, but as many as you can get to? This dude is so demented it's a wonder nobody noticed he was dangerously sick before this.

    It is awesome that nobody was killed, though.
