Help on Paypal Dispute on WF member

Hey guys..
I need some guidance on a paypal dispute.

I purchased a service from a warriorforum member...
Started talking and everything seems to be smooth..
date been set and upfront payment has been made 25% via paypal.

Now this guy FAIL to deliver within the given time of 14 days..
He didn't respond to any of my message.. or my skype mail..

However when i file dispute, he reply stated that he already deliver an intangible service..
However, i do not recieve anything..

Any suggestion?

    1. Report this member to the Mods - provide them with all the pertinent information.

    2. If you used a credit card via PayPal, you could do a chargeback.

      You meant WF Mods right? who would be best report to?

      Yes i did use credit card via paypal.. i also file dispute..
      But thier defence is they DID deliver, but i see nothing of my software being delivered..

        Yes, I meant the WF Mods. They won't be able to help you with PayPal/CC. though.

        Contact your Credit Card Company and explain the situation to them, directly.

    If he had a sales thread in Warriors for Hire or somewhere else here on WF, use the little red triangle in the left column bottom of post to report the thread to a mod. Give him all the details of the transaction. Since you used a credit card with Paypal, do a credit card chargeback. If he says he delivered, respond that he is lying. All you can do is tell the truth.

    If he has sent you a report then let him resend it.

    You have the thread right, aside reporting the case another thing you can do to ensure another person doesn't fall for such unscrupulous person is to leave a negative review.

    Does this seller have an advertisement thread here? If so, use the report post icon and report it.

    If not, send me the details via Private Message. I cannot do anything about the payment via Paypal since that is a 3rd party service, but I can contact this other member to find out what is going on.
