Unified Communications Appointment Setting

I sell unified communications and previously we were encouraged to sell the entire concept and close the deal over the phone. Now, after a lot of debate my sales director has finally seen the value of setting appointments and closing the deal face to face.

Here is my script (below). Could you please let me know what you think and reccomend any ideas for improvement. Thanks.

"Good morning/afternoon Mr/Mrs XXX my names XXX and I'm calling from XXX we are a telecoms consultancy and we offer telecom solutions that help you improve efficieny, increase productivity and ultimately save you money at the same time. What I'd like to do is to meet with you for just 10 minutes to see if you can benifit from the solution we offer. Are you available on Monday at 1 or is Tuesday at 2 better for you?"

Let me know what you think guys! And oh, what are the most common objections you get when appointment setting? I have never done appointment setting before!
