premium wordpress theme not working. plz help me

You get that message on the page where you can choose the theme? If that's the case it might be that the files uploaded wrong. Sometimes, when you unzip a zip-folder, you'll notice that a folder within a folder gets created. If that's the case WordPress doesn't find the stylesheet.

For example, if your theme zip folder is called PremiumTheme.zip it should unzip to PremiumTheme. When you open that folder you should see all the theme files and folders. If you are seeing just one folder and only see the theme files when you open the second folder, that's where the problem lies.

What you can do is unzip the files on your computer, take a look at how it is set up and zip up the last folder that has the theme files in it. When you upload that via your wp-admin you should be good to go.

Or, once you have unzipped it, you can upload the theme to your hosting via an ftp program. That way you're sure you're uploading it correctly.

Are you sure they are WordPress themes you are trying to install? In my experience, when you get a "CSS style sheets are missing" error, it's usually because you're trying to upload a Blogger theme to a WordPress site, and they are not compatible.
