Finding Creative Talent

Where are young creative talents, fresh out of college or high school, posting their portfolios these days?

We are currently looking for a UIX person, but have a hard time finding people other then posting job offerings. I don't want to waste time weeding through desperate applicants, I want to look through promising portfolios.

    Mate you could try posting on gumtree or craigslist. I know theres alot of students who cruise those sites to find deals on items, so it could be an opportunity to find some talent as well.

    You would need to post on there to let people know you are looking for UIX person - or you might get lucky and find that someone has already posted on their asking for this sort of work.

      Whenever I outsource projects on guru.com I tend to get huge variety of applicants, plenty of young people with fresh portfolios willing to work dirt cheap
