A simple way to locate almost any dentist email address, legally!

Hey warriors,

I have been in the offline arena for a while now. In the past few years I have come up with a few search operators that help me sift for clients. One search operator specifically targets dentists.

I just wanted to add some value here, so check this out and let me know what you think.

We all know that when we search local terms we have a mix of actual websites in the SERPS (Search engine result pages) and either review/local directory sites like Yelp and local.com

Sorting through all those listings page after page can be annoying. So I have implemented the following technique to make for easy sorting.

I'll use a local city near me as an example and I'll walk you through it.

Step 1. Open Google

Now many might not know this but there is a website creator that specializes in offering easy to build websites for dentists, it's called prosites.com (Dental Website Design, Dental and Medical Web Site Design, Doctor and Dentist Websites).
Almost all dentists have a prosites account so we'll be targeting prosites.

Step 2. Type in Google the following search operator "your city/town dentist"
+ "prosites.com"

My example looks like this (I'll be using the city Simi Valley in my example)

"Simi Valley dentist" + "Prosites.com"

As you can see, Google will now display all the websites that are located in Simi Valley and are made with prosites.com.

Now, prosites gives the Dentist the option to display their email address. So now all you have to do is visit the contact page and get the email if it's listed.

Or, If you really want to, you can add "contact" to the search operator like this:

"Simi Valley dentist" + "prosites.com" + "contact"

But I usually just stick with "Simi Valley dentist" + "prosites.com" , find the contact page and obtain the email from there.

Step 3. Open a new tab and type the phrase "Your city/town dentist" without the quotes. You want it to be a broad search.

Now all you have to do is compare which websites are not ranked on the broad search with the ones that show up using the search operator.

So I would view the search operator page and see if any of those websites are on the broad search page, if not, then that would be a potential client to offer your seo/local listing services to.

So now you have an email, just write a good title about their service or in format of a question to ensure they open it.

I hope you have enjoyed this little tip on my dentist search operator.

Let me know what you think.

Jerry

Another plus about the search operator is that you can compare rankings in two different tabs.

Thanks for the share, I already found a few local dentists.

Major thanks!! I have a town near me that gets 1600 searches a month for dentist + city name. I've already located several dentists that have prosite websites, have page rank and are not showing in the local search box.

Quite amazing how many of them have claimed their places page and done nothing with them.
