OFFLINE MARKETING

So I sell a product that finds unverified Google Place pages.

Today I got an email that says this:

Is it possible to get a refund for this product? I am not using it.

Should I refund a person for laziness? When the software works fine and does everything I said it would do.

I'm getting tired of people thinking that money will just appear in their bank account for doing nothing.

Work Hard....Provide Value....Get Paid

I generally refund nearly every time someone requests one only because the value of the product isn't worth the negative reputation that you or your product can get if the disgruntled customer decides to go on a smear campaign.

I'm sure others will tell you different, but I just chalk it up to a cost of doing business.

  I was being a little facetious but you might want to add that into your guarantee...
  
  'My software works...if you work it. If for any reason, after significant testing, you feel that it did not perform as advertised then I'll happily refund every penny you've invested.'
