What I find interesting is that most of the hours the owners spend are on service delivery, ie. doing some kind of work. The next highest is sales activity, but that is less than half of the hours they spend on work!

These figures should be reversed--or all the owner has done is made themselves a job. As long as the owner is tied to the service delivery, the business will not grow past what they individually can do.
