How much do you charge for PPC Management?

Just met with a client who wants me to handle his PPC. His monthly budget is $600 on AdWords spends.. any advice on how I should charge? Doesn't make sense to charge him a % on a small budget like that. Or does it?

    How much time will you be spending managing it?

    Hours x your hourly rate = management fee. Myself if I could do it in an hour or less per month I would charge $100. If he expected or needed more hands on I would charge accordingly.

    Because he found one of the guys here who says charge based on the business they earn and he fell for it hook line and sinker.

    But if he is seeing value it may be worth $1,000.

    But if you think you can steal the business away say you can do it for $500.
