Some newbie questions.

I'm looking into starting offline and I have some questions.

1) How do you open a phone conversation to keep your client interested?

2) What payment method do you use if you are not meeting them but talking over the phone?

3) Do you have contract you sign and if so how do they do that if you are not meeting them?

    1. That would completely depend on what I'm trying to sell them and how much I'm trying to convince them to pay.

    2. For anyone oversees I have Paypal as an option but most business owners prefer to just pay with credit card and I use Authorize.net for that.

    3. That depends on the amount they are paying but if it's a big client then I will just fax it to them and then they can fax it back.
