What would you charge?

For a realtor website with ongoing SEO and management? Residential. I know realtors can be a pain in the butt.

    Realtors are a royal pain.
I had one that agreed to my prices and suddenly said she would give me a percentage of her profits instead.
Long story short, I told her to get bent after I built a simple WP site.

I would charge abnormally high prices and demand my (your) terms or no deal.
You should never make deals with people that make deals for a living.....
    Just my 2 cents...

I'd go in at $3,500 for the site so you can make 2-2.5k and go in at $1,500 for the seo and ongoing management.

They will negotiate you down no matter where you start. It all depends what you wanna make. Do you normally make 2,500 on sites and 1500 per month for seo?

Usually realtor sites aren't very complex I would say $2k for the site and then charge monthly around $350 monthly for the seo
