    I would suggest you try Pitch Anything. I've got it yesterday delivered after 2 months of waiting and I could say that I am impressed even after reading the first 10 pages of it.

    Snap Selling - Jane Konrath - This book is geared to people who are selling to large corporations. (She used to work for Xerox.) It does have points that apply to selling to Small Businesses. She has put together a section on how to create a persona for your ideal customer and use that information to develop presentations, and sales pitches. She gives you techniques to maintain a relationship with a prospect without appearing overbearing or needy.

    One of the best books for this would be by one of our fellow Warriors - Claude Whitacre. If you are selling to local customers nothing beats real world experience.

    Selling Local Advertising - Claude Whitacre. Look in his signature it is currently available for a bargain on the Kindle Store.

    Very detailed section on how to overcome objections.

      Of course we have to mention Spin Selling. Possibly the most tested proven selling information per page I've ever seen.

      I own over 1,000 sales book in my library (Above the door it says, in fake Bronze, "Fortress Of Solitude". I'm not kidding)

      The best ones are (in my opinion)
      Selling Retail...for retail sales
      Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff
      Spin Selling
      The Feldman Method on insurance selling
      The Ultimate Sales Machine by Chet Holmes

      And that's pretty much it. For $50 on Amazon (Except for Feldman's book) you can get a great sales library.

      Her name is Jill.

      I sorted out her online sales funnel.
      It had some gaping holes in it.

      She has now stopped selling products other than books
      and is concentrating on speaker and in house training fees.
