Dummy questions, newbie here - local-marketing

Hello warrior forum members,

Im new here so if i post this in wrong place please excuse me. I have a few questions if anyone can help me. As i say in title im new in this online money making...and i want to learn few things.
Let's take this from the start so you can understand my questions better.

I'm from a foreign country, non-english country. And i want to start make some local marketing but i need to understand few things. In last months i have read a lot about SEO and things that i can make but still im stuck with few things:

1.If i buy .com extension for domain and not my country extension will affect me?
2.I have already buy hosting solution from Blue-Host, so servers are in USA, this is wrong for me?
I want to use Magic Submitter and here i have some problems:
3- if the domain is new i can start make back-links? like 10-15 per day to be safe with google?
4- the article that i make to submit on sites i make it in my language? or in english?
5- the keywords that i need to rank for i put it in english or my language?

This is for the moment so if anyone can please explain me or answer me this things i will be happy and thanks you a lot. I have few more things to ask but this is the most important for me to understand, so please help me out with this.

    Where do you want to compete? Your country of the USA?

    If your country, use your country's language and If the servers are in US, you have to go to Google webmaster tools and tell it that you want to compete in your country...

    Things (keywords, content) should be decided based on who you're targeting. If you're targeting Romanians, you would use Romanian unless they use an English phrase as if it were Romanian... I.e., if Romanians search google for how to grow my business using the words how to grow my business not the Romanian translation, you'd use how to grow my business. If they do it in Romanian, you do it in Romanian.

      I will compete in my country with my language, and i know i have to select country target in webmaster tools.
      My main concern is about magic submitter, and how to use it.
      Let me give you 2 examples:

      1. i make an article, all in my language and start to submit it with magic submitter (but if is in my language i will not get links delete after some time from some platforms, like article directory?)
      2. i make an article in english and only the keywords in my language. (but then the article will look strange)

      this is my main concern..how to use magic submitter, to have some results with it...

        I don't know about magic submitter, I used another... It allowed you to add sites to submit to... directories in your language, for instance.


        But the ones it came with were all in English... some would delete, not accept your submission, others (lower quality) would have accepted.

          Ideally you need to do that in your own language but you wouldn't really have a choice if you're using an automated software such as Magic Submitter. These softwares usually target English sites.

          Why don't you just go along with it and write English content instead? Observe how this affects your ranking. Experiment with what you've read about SEO so far, multi-tiered linking, on-page SEO, etc.. You'll learn a lot more by treating this as a "case-study".

          Then as you get more experience you can start looking for sites that allow you to submit content in your own language and translate your English articles and re-use them.
