As with any other product or service, you'll get a wide range of prices. You'll have to decide which provider you'll use in the end.

My advice is to choose the one that appears to offer the best value. That doesn't mean lowest price.

Another piece of advice is to provide all the information. There's just too many job posting on those sites that simply say "I need an Adwords campaign" and nothing else. Details please. I don't respond to those as they are more often than not a waste of time for me.

I charge based on size and scope of the campaign. Even if a job specifies hourly, I typically say that my fixed fee is so much, provided I know the details of the job. Even my hourly can be reduced if I know, otherwise you'll get my high end.

If it's a small campaign, it may not be worth it. It would not make sense to pay $200 a month if that's what your PPC spend is. It may be best in that case to have a consultant review and maybe even give you pointers. You may spend a few hundred dollars and have an improved campaign but long run, I suggest on-going management. Just make that clear in your job post what you need and want.

There are plenty of people who can help you here as well, and taking into account that it's the best IM forum around, you can expect to find higher quality works.

Usually a full hands-off campaign management doesn't come cheap, as professionals will also want to improve your website's conversion rate optimization in order to make it worth it for you.

I would suggest to consult any digital media company to do PPC for your website, instead of going to freelance websites.

If you want someone to do it for you, you need to have at least some basic knowledge on what you are looking for.

Otherwise, you will lose more than what you are asking for.
