PoF Ad Approval Process is just TERRIBLE

Seriously, I feel like they have an office full of fat, lazy, morons. Seriously, they have the worst approval process I've ever seen in my life.
I feel like they just work on approving ads for like 10 - 30 minutes and then they take a 3-5 hour break and repeat.
I set up a batch of ads or a new campaign at like 12PM then their offices close at 5PM, so I wait until then. 5PM reaches, campaign and ads still not approved, still pending.
That is absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable. Its not even like this was the first time, its been like this ever since I first began, this month. Weekends and Weekdays.
Its so pathetic, this makes making money via Affiliate Marketing even more difficult. You need to set up and upload your ads, then wait 5+ hours to get them approved, then some of them suck and don't have a good CTR, then you have to bring in some new ads, wait another 5+ hours. Hell, sometimes I only get to upload a set of ads like 1-2 times a day. Sometimes its hard enough getting it approved once, you have to wake up early or do it the night before then wait to get approved by tomorrow.
Don't even get me started on their denial process, cause sometimes even that is ridiculous...
