Facebook New Ads Account Issue?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the solution why i am not getting impression,clicks in my new facebook ads account. Please suggest some solution so that my fb account gets clicks easily. I already tried all things like increase bid, budget but still not got any results.

Also i have one old account of facebook in which i got clicks easily whenever i started a new campaign.

Please help me out of this issue.

How did you create 2 ads facebook ads account ? do you use the same credit card and the same computer ?
