SEO client management scripts? WHMCS?

First off, hello everyone I'm new to the Warrior Forums.

Anyways, I'm interested in creating a type of SEO membership site. The script should be able to collect recurring monthly payments via Paypal, and the client should be able to open new "tickets" for each project that they want. Then they will be able to receive reports in their client area dashboard for any project(s) that were completed. What I want to know is if anyone here at Warrior Forum had any experience with any type of membership script which would allow all this to happen? (I'm not looking for one of those wordpress plugins where all it does is restrict certain page)

Right now I'm looking at getting WHMCS and hiring some Warriors to do some customizations for me. Is there a better way than doing this?

I use WHMCS, I guess I'm not sure what else you are looking for beyond the client member management features it has.

Clients do have their own accounts. You can set up products, addons, and manage discounts.

It does have a ticket system, and they recently added a feature where you could bill items directly from the ticket system.

There is also a knowledge base that you can choose to restrict to clients.

Hm... Actually this is more of what I was looking for:

Allows users to order via PayPal for a recurring membership
Ability to add an affiliate program
Advanced reporting and analytics
Each client gets their own unique login and password after successful payment (recurring payment)
Each client area then has a dashboard where the client can add documents and text as well as fill out forms.
After filling the forms which automatically creates a "project" the cllient has at-a-glance info for what has been done for the project (eg. amount of flyers distributed and amount of flyers printed...etc)

I am currently looking at:

CiviCRM
SugarCRM

However, any CRM is O.K. as long as the above criteria is met.
