Why do you want to make a shopping cart when there are so many good ones out there already?

Or do you mean you need a shopping cart installing?

I like and use oscommerce, but it can be a learning curve to get up and running, out of the box it lacks. Guess depends on what you want to do with it.

  I use OSCMax on one of my sites. Basically it's OSCommerce with a few bits added for you. It works fine for me. The support forum is not brilliant, it seems more geared to OSCommerce.
